JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for processing all the sales transactions; handle the process of tracking, managing, organizing and following up of sales leads from the generation of leads to their conversion into registration.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support sales processing by inputting business cases in the system on daily basis to ensure that all necessary data are accurately completed in the application and the cases are entered properly and correctly.

Processing applications/transactions by providing word check with name approvals and ensuring all the proposed names are correctly checked in the system and within specified timeframe whenever complying with related licensing procedures. Follow up with the sales representatives as well as other concerned departments regarding pending cases in order to get necessary updates and to prevent backlogs.

Support the sales team in handling legal signing for all cases by creating their MOA contracts to ensure that the right legal format and data are correctly presented to and signed by the client.

Maintain and update relevant databases to ensure that accurate and up-to-date cases are available at all times.

Follow up with all internal stakeholders to issue the license within the SLA & the key contact to ensure flexibility of the registration process.

Receive original documents from Sales and create physical files for each application to ensure that all original documents are scanned and attached in the file; upload them further in the required trays before license release and as per the checklist.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar or related corporations/organizations/industry.

Fluent in English and Arabic. Other languages is an advantage.

Pronounced customer care approach.

Responds well in fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent knowledge of advanced MS Office applications.
