We are looking for a CPD Specialist (Customer Project Development) to join our Commercial team in Karachi, Pakistan. In this role, you will act as a key link between Account Managers and internal departments, ensuring smooth project execution and excellent customer service. You’ll manage workflows, pricing, and system updates in SFDC and SAP, while supporting documentation, sampling, and regulatory inquiries. This is a one-year fixed-term, onsite position offering an opportunity to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment and gain hands-on experience with global processes and systems.
Where You’ll Make a Difference

Manage project workflows to ensure smooth and timely execution.

Coordinate with Account Managers to maintain accurate pipelines and support customer visits.

Handle sample and quotation tasks, updating shared files and tracking progress.

Prepare documentation and proforma invoices as needed.

Execute SAP transactions for pricing, label information, and price checks.

Serve as the main contact for forecast entries and customer-related system updates.

Support regulatory inquiries and oversee bank sampling and selection processes.
What Makes You the Right Fit

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.

1–2 years of experience in customer service, project coordination, or commercial operations.

Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) and SAP systems is highly desirable.

Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint).

Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
