Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Executive to assist our sales team in achieving their targets by providing administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate will help streamline the sales process, maintain client records, and ensure smooth communication between internal departments and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations, including preparing quotes, proposals, and sales reports.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance, marketing) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer inquiries and follow up on orders, payments, and documentation.
  • Maintain and update client databases, CRM systems, and sales records.
  • Support in organizing sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Track sales performance and provide regular updates to the sales manager.
  • Manage post-sales support including order tracking, issue resolution, and client communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
