Key Responsibilities-Sales support executive
- Prepare accurate quotations in Vtiger CRM based on customer and project requirements.
- Update pricing, discounts and product details regularly in Vtiger.
- Maintain a structured quotation pipeline in the CRM.
- Convert approved quotations to Sales Orders within Vtiger.
- Validate material details, item codes, quantities, pricing and taxes.
- Ensure all approvals are recorded and documented in the CRM.
- Track sales orders until material dispatch and installation completion.
- Coordinate with warehouse for stock availability, dispatch planning and delivery.
- Communicate with Accounts for advance payments, invoices, GST documents, and credit notes.
- Maintain quotation, SO and customer records in Vtiger CRM.
- Generate daily sales reports directly from Vtiger.
- Ensure billing documents, e-way bills and invoices are completed accurately.
- Maintain Excel trackers for additional reporting if required.
- Support sales executives with project follow-ups and material movement updates.
- Ensure timely updates to clients on order status and delivery plans.
- Follow SOPs for quotation and order workflow in Vtiger CRM.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality and data integrity at all times.
- Minimum 6 years' experience in Sales Coordination, Quotation Handling, or Sales Order Management.
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Vtiger CRM software.
- Strong knowledge of the sales order in building materials/interior/flooring industry (preferred).
- Proficient in MS Excel, documentation, email communication.
- Excellent coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and work under deadlines with accuracy.
- Salary will be Rs. 30,000 to 33,000per month
