Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sales Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in Excel, documentation, and report preparation. This is a backend role that requires excellent attention to detail, punctuality, and the ability to support the sales team with accurate and timely reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new markets, areas, and customer segments
• Generate leads through field activities, promotions, and local partnerships
• Build and manage relationships with brokers, DSAs, merchants, and referral sources
• Promote company loan / credit card products and improve brand presence
• Conduct market surveys and collect competitor & customer insights
• Support sales team with localized campaigns and activations
• Achieve market penetration and lead generation targets
• Coordinate with sales and operations for smooth conversions
• Maintain activity reports, CRM updates, and MIS
• Ensure compliance and ethical sales practices

Requirements:

• Proven experience in backend support / sales support roles preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts, data analysis).
• Good documentation and reporting skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work under deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream (preferred).
• 1–2 years of relevant experience will be an advantage.
