The Sales Support Executive will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with existing customers, ensuring smooth order execution, coordinating internally for timely deliveries, and supporting account growth through service excellence and proactive follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Account Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned existing customers.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients regarding orders, deliveries, and feedback.
  • Identify opportunities to increase volumes, add new SKUs, or upsell value-added packaging solutions.

Order Coordination & Follow-ups

  • Receive and process customer purchase orders accurately.
  • Coordinate with production, planning, QC, and dispatch teams to ensure timely execution of orders.
  • Track order status and proactively update customers on timelines or issues.

Sales Support & Growth

  • Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets from existing accounts.
  • Assist in price revisions, quotations, and commercial discussions as per management guidelines.
  • Monitor customer consumption trends and highlight growth or risk areas to management.

Customer Service & Issue Resolution

  • Handle customer complaints related to quality, quantity, or delivery in coordination with QC and production teams.
  • Ensure timely closure of customer issues to maintain long-term relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs45,000.00 per month
