Role: Back Office Sales Support Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Support Officer to manage administrative operations and correspondence with our international partners and domestic clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day correspondence with international companies, suppliers, and clients via email, letters, and calls Maintain and update client/supplier databases, purchase orders, quotations, and shipment records Coordinate with sales, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure smooth documentation flow Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents with accuracy and professionalism Support management with scheduling, follow-ups, and client servicing tasks Ensure compliance with company policies and international trade documentation standards

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science or Commerce required Experience: 3–4 years of relevant experience in back office operations, preferably in machinery, manufacturing, or import/export sectors Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication in English; strong knowledge of business correspondence and documentation Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with ERP systems is a plus Ability to liaise confidently with international clients and work across time zones when required Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks
