Job Title: Sales Support Specialist

Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai

Experience Required: 3+ Years

Job Purpose: We operate across three core verticals: 1. Accounting & Taxation 2. HR, Payroll & Recruitment 3. BPO – Voice & Back Office Solutions

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Process Management & Administration  CRM Management: Maintain and update the CRM system (e.g., Pipedrive) with accurate information on leads, accounts, sales activities, and opportunities.  Documentation: Prepare, edit, and proofread standard sales documents, including proposals, service agreements, and client onboarding sheets.  Reporting: Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports, pipeline forecasts, and performance metrics for the Sales Management team.

2. Proposal & Presentation Development  Proposal Coordination: Assist in developing customized client proposals, gathering necessary service details, pricing information, and standard attachments.  Presentation Creation: Create and format professional sales presentations, ensuring all materials are branded correctly and reflect the most current service offerings and value proposition.

3. Team & Client Communication  Point of Contact: Act as the internal liaison between the Sales team and other departments (e.g., Operations, HR, Finance) to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve client-related issues.  Inquiry Management: Qualify incoming sales leads (as needed) and direct them to the appropriate Account Executive.

Required Qualifications

 Experience: 3+ years of experience in a Sales Support, Sales Operations, or Administrative role, preferably within the HR Services or B2B professional services industry.  Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). Technical Proficiency

 Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & AI  Skills: Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. Perks & Benefits:  Flexible work timings tailored to your vibe.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
