About the Role

The Sales Support Specialist is a key part of our office team. You’ll help our sales staff stay on top of leads, calendars, contracts, and paperwork.

Your job is to make sure every customer’s experience — from first contact to final paperwork — is organized, accurate, and professional.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming leads from phone calls, emails, and online inquiries
  • Schedule and confirm sales appointments
  • Keep sales calendars accurate and up to date
  • Prepare contracts and organize digital paperwork
  • Update project information in the CRM system
  • Ensure all sales files (photos, measurements, notes) are complete and uniform
  • Make sure every project follows the proper sales process
  • Communicate with potential customers via phone, text, and email
  • Maintain a friendly, professional tone — even with tough customers
  • Work closely with the Sales & Marketing Manager and provide regular performance updates

What You’ll Need

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook), SharePoint, and PDF editing tools
  • Experience with CRM software (a plus)
  • Basic knowledge of construction or home improvement (preferred)
  • Previous experience in B2B sales or inside sales (preferred)
  • A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine desire to help others succeed
