Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Team Lead to manage and guide our sales team within the SaaS and loyalty programs sector. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and ensuring alignment with company objectives. The Sales Team Lead will coach and motivate the team, oversee sales operations, and play an active role in closing deals with key clients. Additionally, the role involves analyzing market trends, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales specialists to consistently achieve and exceed B2B sales targets.
  • Sell company products and services by identifying customer needs, developing tailored solutions, and closing high-value deals.
  • Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and support to enhance team skills, performance, and product knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze sales KPIs, pipeline metrics, and conversion rates, preparing regular reports for senior management.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with organizational goals, focusing on SaaS solutions and loyalty programs.
  • Foster strong client relationships, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Gather and analyze market intelligence, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and improve offerings.
  • Drive the adoption and effective use of CRM systems and sales tools across the team.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding of new sales team members when required.
  • Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience, including B2B sales and leadership or team lead roles.
    • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in SaaS, loyalty programs, or related technology solutions.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong leadership with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
    • Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
    • Excellent problem-solving, relationship-building, and client management abilities.
    • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales enablement tools.
