Job Summary:

Ravishing Retreat Resort is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Team Leader to lead and drive our sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, generating business, building client relationships, and promoting the resort’s offerings to maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth for the resort.
• Identify new business opportunities in the hospitality and corporate sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel agents, and corporate accounts.
• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and follow-ups to close deals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for promotions and campaigns.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.
• Ensure excellent client servicing and post-sales support to boost retention.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality/hotel/resort industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and well-organized.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tool - salesforce is an added advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
