Job Description

We’re currently looking for a Team Leader who can take full ownership of a team of 12 -15 calling executives responsible for abandoned cart recovery and revenue generation across 3 - 4 leading Shark Tank featured D2C brands.

This role demands a hands-on leader, someone who can push performance daily, step in to make calls when needed, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

You’ll work directly with the Operations Manager and collaborate closely with the client, internal management, and your team to ensure daily revenue and operational goals are met.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 12–15 calling agents handling abandoned cart recovery for multiple brands.
  • Drive daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets, ensuring the team consistently achieves performance goals.
  • Monitor call quality, conversion ratios, and follow-ups to maintain a high standard of output.
  • Step in and personally handle calls when required to guide or set examples for the team.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the client, internal operations team, and agents, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.
  • Maintain operational discipline, manage rosters, attendance, shrinkage, and attrition.
  • Prepare and share daily performance reports and insights with management and clients.
  • Ensure processes and scripts are being followed as per client guidelines.
  • Resolve on-ground challenges proactively, whether people, process, or performance related.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in outbound calling, telesales, or revenue recovery processes.
  • At least 1 year of experience leading a sales or calling team (preferred in D2C/ e-commerce domain) would be a plus.
  • Proven ability to motivate and manage people, track performance, and drive targets.
  • Excellent organizational skills: able to manage multiple brands and priorities simultaneously.
  • Hands-on attitude: comfortable stepping into execution whenever needed.
  • Must be comfortable working from our office in Ghatkopar (Mumbai).
