Sales Team Lead (Education / Admissions)

Job Description:

We are hiring a Sales Team Lead to manage and oversee our admissions team handling inbound student queries generated through Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for team performance, lead management, and conversions, ensuring that all student inquiries are handled professionally and KPIs are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the admissions/sales team
  • Monitor daily performance of team members (calls, follow-ups, conversions)
  • Ensure all inbound student queries are handled efficiently
  • Guide and train team members to improve communication and closing skills
  • Track KPIs and prepare daily/weekly performance reports
  • Identify gaps and implement strategies to improve conversions
  • Coordinate with marketing team regarding lead quality and campaign performance

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, admissions, or team handling role
  • Proven experience in team management and KPI tracking
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience handling Meta (Facebook/Instagram) leads is a plus
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Must be available for on-site job
