- Position: Team Leader –Sales-HL
- Work Experience: 10-15 years’ experience in the relevant field
- Qualification: Graduate /MBA (Sales/ Marketing) / Mechanical or Automobile Graduate (Engineering preferred)
- Salary: Rs 8,50,000 to Rs 9,50,000/- CTC
- Location: Pune
- Reporting To: Sales Manager HL
Skills Required:
- Proven experience in Construction Equipment or similar industries for a minimum of 8-10 Years
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
- Certification in marketing, sales relevant field is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Positive Attitude
- Excellent analytical/ presentation skills
- Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized.
- Fluent in English , Hindi and regional languages (both spoken and written) for communication, interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills
- Able to travel frequently
- Must be aware of the geographical location
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales numbers and meet or exceed corporate-set goals
- Ensuring profitability of his area by gaining market share.
- Forecasting and achieving machine sales target set by organization.
- Target new areas in the market to penetrate and develop as per market.
- Resource planning, training, leading and giving direction to his team
- Implementing and tracking progress as per signed annual objectives
- Maintaining and attain full utilization of the team as per requirement.
- Skill mapping the team for their training needs and ensure same is done.
- Ensure full market and area coverage as per Company’s set goals.
- Making techno commercial offer/ presentation
- Attend and conclude sales call with team
- Goodwill visit to existing and competition customers time to time basis.
- Implementation of marketing and sales promotion scheme
- Relation with all the finance companies and banks in his territory
- Ensure customer satisfaction post sales of machine.
- Reviewing the prospect visit sheets filled by the Sales Executive and conducting regular weekly review meetings
- Specialize in selling crushing/screening, and other construction heavy equipment
- Responsible for meeting company sales/rental, budget and profit goals
- Maintained and expanded vendor relationships
- Responsible to target customers in heavy construction equipment industries to develop and implement specific marketing strategies
- Work closely with relevant departments throughout the sales process
- Following up with the customers for deal finalizations.
- Getting product feedback from market & assisting in the rollout of new products, marketing initiatives, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
