Sales Team Lead - Night Shift (USA Outbound – Appointment Setting & Closing Oversight)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Team Lead to manage and improve the performance of our outbound sales team of USA campaign. This role is responsible for increasing appointment rates, enforcing KPIs, refining scripts, and driving measurable revenue growth.

This is not a reporting role. This is an ownership role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and improve team appointment conversion rate (target 3–5%+ from conversations)
• Monitor and enforce daily KPIs (dials, connects, appointments, show-ups, closes)
• Conduct daily stand-up meetings and weekly performance reviews
• Review call recordings and provide structured feedback
• Refine and optimize outbound scripts and objection handling
• Train and coach sales reps for consistent performance improvement
• Ensure CRM discipline and proper lead management
• Recommend hiring, replacement, and performance actions when necessary
• Submit weekly performance and funnel analysis report

Required Experience:

• Proven experience managing outbound sales teams
• Demonstrated ability to increase conversion rates
• Strong understanding of sales funnel metrics
• Experience working with cold leads and B2B/B2C appointment setting
• Ability to both lead and close if required

Note: This is a night shift role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
