• Lead, inspire, and manage a team of analysts & business development executives.
• Generate accurate stock & index calls with strong rationale documentation.
• Collaborate with sales to grow and retain client relationships.
• Monitor market trends and provide actionable, real-time insights.
• Coach your team to achieve excellence in research & advisory.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in stock market research, trading, or advisory.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• NISM certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Excellent communication and client management abilities.
