Sales Team Leader

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader to drive revenue growth, lead a team of sales representatives, and ensure individual and team sales targets are consistently met or exceeded. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership abilities with a proven track record in sales performance and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Set clear objectives and monitor performance metrics regularly to ensure consistent achievement of sales goals.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and customer base.
  • Track team KPIs and provide regular performance feedback and coaching to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss targets, challenges, updates, and successes.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members to ensure high performance from day one.
  • Manage and report on sales pipeline, forecasts, and results to senior management.
  • Foster a high-performance, customer-focused culture that aligns with company values.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align sales campaigns and promotional strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Team Leader, Sales Supervisor, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and performance metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and lead a team toward achieving common goals.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in a sales environment, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
