We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader to drive revenue growth, lead a team of sales representatives, and ensure individual and team sales targets are consistently met or exceeded. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership abilities with a proven track record in sales performance and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Set clear objectives and monitor performance metrics regularly to ensure consistent achievement of sales goals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and customer base.
- Track team KPIs and provide regular performance feedback and coaching to ensure continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss targets, challenges, updates, and successes.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members to ensure high performance from day one.
- Manage and report on sales pipeline, forecasts, and results to senior management.
- Foster a high-performance, customer-focused culture that aligns with company values.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align sales campaigns and promotional strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Team Leader, Sales Supervisor, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and performance metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and lead a team toward achieving common goals.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
