Job Title: Sales Team Leader

Salary: 60000 to 100000 PKR per month]

Job Summary:

The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for supervising, motivating, and guiding the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. The role requires excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills to ensure consistent business growth and high team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the team and monitor performance.
  • Develop sales strategies to improve business and expand the customer base.
  • Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
  • Handle escalated client issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Generate sales reports, analyze data, and present results to management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales activities with company goals.
  • Maintain knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and new products.
  • Ensure team members follow company policies, sales processes, and ethical standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
