Job Overview

MapleTek is looking for an experienced and results-driven Team Leader to manage and scale our Lead Generation & Appointment Setting team. This role is focused on building, managing, and optimizing a team that generates qualified leads and books high-quality appointments for our sales closers.

This is a leadership role for someone who understands outbound lead generation, team management, performance tracking, and sales funnels.

We’re looking for someone who is hungry, ambitious, and financially motivated, but who also operates with professionalism, structure, and integrity. Help your team succeed through performance - not shortcuts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of lead generators and appointment setters
  • Develop daily, weekly, and monthly outreach targets
  • Monitor team performance, KPIs, and conversion rates
  • Train team members on scripts, objection handling, and qualification
  • Ensure only qualified leads are passed to closers
  • Improve lead quality and appointment show-up rates
  • Coordinate closely with sales closers and management
  • Maintain CRM records and reporting accuracy
  • Continuously optimize outreach strategies and workflows

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience leading a lead generation or appointment setting team
  • Strong understanding of outbound sales processes
  • Experience with cold calling and cold emailing.
  • Ability to train, motivate, and manage a performance-based team
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Strong English communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Results-oriented mindset with attention to quality leads

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in digital marketing, SaaS, or agency environments
  • Understanding of B2B lead qualification frameworks
  • Experience managing remote or hybrid teams
  • Background in sales operations.
