Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and manage the regional sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement regional sales plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and trade partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide actionable insights.
  • Ensure effective merchandising, visibility standards, and execution in all retail channels.
  • Conduct regular market visits to evaluate performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and present regional sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
  • Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5–7+ years of experience in FMCG/retail sales with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and achieve sales targets.
  • Market knowledge and network within the region (Retail, Wholesale, HORECA, IMTs).
