Basic Function & Scope of Job
Lead the sales team in achieving the sales targets in lines with the team targets
Ensure consistency in customer service and system compliance.
Maintaining system process and ensure customer data is complete
Monitoring sales targets of the team by weekly and monthly reports
Manage the team in customer follow up and close the deals
Deal with customer escalations and ensure customer satisfaction is achieved
Focus on the CSI and ensuring it is achieved
Monitor and check for the process and ensure that all transactions like sales, refunds, trade-ins and invoicing is accurate
