Sales Team Leader

• Minimum 3–4 years of sales experience in Kuwait
• Proven experience in the FMCG / Food industry
• Strong knowledge of Kuwaiti cooperative societies (listing, promotions, purchasing departments, branches)
• Experience in leading and managing sales teams
• Strong skills in sales analysis, reporting, and data-driven decision-making
• Good understanding of pricing, promotions, and market expansion
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in MS Excel and sales reporting tools

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
• Develop and expand product presence in cooperative societies
• Monitor product availability, pricing, and in-store execution
• Prepare and present sales reports and performance analyses
• Develop and execute sales plans as a new business launch
• Coordinate with management on pricing strategies and promotional activities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: KD1.000 - KD2.000 per month
