Role Summary:

As a Team Leader – Sales, you will manage and mentor a team of 5–10 executives to drive sales of our legal support and resolution services. This is a highly target‑driven role focused on achieving sales goals, motivating the team, and delivering performance excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of 5–10 sales executives
  • Drive achievement of individual & team targets
  • Monitor daily sales activity and improve conversion metrics
  • Ensure CRM discipline and timely reporting
  • Support training, coaching and performance improvements

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of sales experience with at least 2-3 year in team handling
  • Strong target orientation and performance mindset
  • Excellent communication & leadership skills
  • Experience in legal/ consulting/ subscription sales is a plus
