Sales Team Leader

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader – Loans to lead and manage a sales team handling New & Used Car Loans, Home Loans, and Personal Loans. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to drive targets while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of loan sales executives.
  • Drive sales targets for:
  • New Car Loans
  • Used Car Loans
  • Home Loans
  • Personal Loans
  • Develop strategies to increase loan disbursement volumes.
  • Source new business through DSA, dealers, connectors, and direct channels.
  • Maintain strong relationships with banks/NBFC partners.
  • Monitor daily performance and ensure team target achievement.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with lending norms.
  • Handle escalations and support the team in closing high-value cases.
  • Track market trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of retail loan products.
  • Leadership and team management ability.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Good understanding of credit processes and documentation.
  • Ability to build channel partnerships (dealers, brokers, connectors).
  • Strong follow-up and closing skills.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.
  • Experience in Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
