Job Title: Real Estate Sales Team Leader

Location: Abu Dhabi

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Team Leader to oversee and manage our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding the sales agents, achieving team sales targets, training new agents, and ensuring excellent customer service to grow the company’s real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase property listings and close deals.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor new sales agents to enhance their performance and knowledge of the real estate market.
  • Set monthly/quarterly targets for the team and ensure consistent follow-up.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance reviews.
  • Handle high-value client inquiries and support agents during negotiations when required.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  • Maintain and improve client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and KPIs to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in the real estate industry.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of real estate sales experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, trends, and regulations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
