Sales Team Leader Real Estate

Your Role

As a Sales Team Leader, you will drive the success of our sales department by managing, guiding, and inspiring a team of real estate consultants. You will set the strategic direction, ensure performance excellence, and play a key role in strengthening ITW Properties market presence.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead, train, and mentor a team of real estate consultants and sales agents.

· Set sales targets and monitor performance to ensure consistent achievement.

· Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the Abu Dhabi market.

· Stay updated on market trends to identify opportunities and maintain competitive advantage.

· Support team members in property brokerage, listings, and client negotiations.

· Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi regulatory requirements.

· Foster a culture of collaboration, customer focus, and high performance.

· Report directly to senior management with sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance analysis.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3–5 years of proven real estate sales experience, with strong exposure to the Abu Dhabi/UAE market.
  • Minimum 1–2 years in a leadership role managing sales teams in real estate.
  • In-depth knowledge of property brokerage, listings, leasing, and investment advisory.
  • Demonstrated ability to set and achieve ambitious sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and coaching skills with a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and client service orientation.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic or additional European languages is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, MS Office, and real estate portals.
  • Valid UAE Driving License; Abu Dhabi Broker License is mandatory.

What We’re Looking For

· 3–5 years of proven success in real estate sales, ideally in Abu Dhabi/UAE.

· Minimum 1–2 years of experience leading a sales team in real estate.

· Strong knowledge of property brokerage, listings, leasing, and investment advisory.

· Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

· Excellent leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.

· Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

· Fluency in English or additional languages (Arabic, European) are a plus.

· Valid UAE Driving License; Abu Dhabi Broker License is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
