Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Sales Team Leader to lead, motivate, and support our sales team to achieve company goals. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in real estate sales, team management, and an in-depth understanding of the property market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of real estate agents to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Train, mentor, and guide team members to enhance their sales performance and professionalism.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market reach and increase revenue.
  • Monitor individual and team performance, providing regular feedback and performance reviews.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to generate leads and promote new property listings.
  • Stay updated with current market trends, property laws, and competitor activities.
  • Assist team members in negotiations and deal closures when required.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and present them to management.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and property laws.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve high performance.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
