Your responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales team targets
  • Offer hands-on sales support, including coaching techniques, lead management, and deal closing
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives
  • Recruit, train, and mentor Secondary Sales Agents
  • Guide team members in the correct use of CRM systems, lead management, and KPI tracking
  • Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as Marketing and Lead Generation, to optimize agent performance and support
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers to secure the best deals and opportunities
  • Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate market, including new regulations, launches, and developer projects
  • Analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and boost sales results
