Sales & Team Manager

Main Objective

To develop, lead, and empower a complete sales team (multilingual real estate agents) while actively contributing to the growth of Luxarabia Real Estate, an innovative agency specialized in luxury and off-plan real estate in Dubai.

Main Responsibilities

1. Recruitment and Team Development

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new real estate agents
  • Establish a structured onboarding process: presentation of the company, sales tools, methodology, and Luxarabia culture.
  • Train new agents in sales techniques, prospecting, lead management, and product knowledge.
  • Build a high-performing, motivated, and results-driven sales team.

2. Management and Coaching

  • Supervise daily activities of sales agents: monitor objectives, support in the field, and provide regular coaching.
  • Organize weekly team meetings (briefings, debriefings, KPI and sales follow-ups).
  • Set clear, measurable targets for each team member.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence within the sales department.

3. Sales Performance Management

  • Oversee the sales pipeline, lead conversion, and client follow-up quality through the CRM.
  • Work closely with the Luxarabia marketing department to maximize lead generation performance.
  • Represent Luxarabia with top developers
  • Track and analyze sales results (transactions, conversion rates, commissions) through structured reporting.

4. Continuous Training and Company Culture

  • Create internal training modules (off-plan sales, negotiation, client communication, time management).
  • Develop a commercial culture based on discipline, trust, and performance.
  • Promote Luxarabia’s values: professionalism, transparency, and excellence.

5. Strategic Coordination

  • Collaborate closely with top management to define commercial priorities and quarterly goals.
  • Contribute to Luxarabia’s overall business development strategy.
  • Suggest improvements for processes, CRM usage, sales scripts, and marketing campaigns.

Profile Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Dubai’s Real Estate market (off-plan or secondary).
  • Proven experience in recruiting, training, and managing a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and major developers.
  • Fluent in English; French and/or Arabic are strong assets.
  • Proficient with CRM systems and sales performance reporting.
