Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and professional Sales Trainer to design and deliver training sessions for our sales team. This role focuses on product knowledge, enhancing sales techniques, CRM/portal training, refresher sessions, and ensuring consistent performance across the team. Candidates with BPO training experience will be preferred as it demonstrates strong exposure to structured training, communication, and client-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct structured training programs for sales team members.
- Train on product knowledge (packaging materials, SKUs, applications).
- Teach sales techniques: lead generation, client communication, objection handling, upselling & cross-selling.
- Deliver CRM tools, portals, and reporting systems training.
- Monitor trainee performance, provide feedback, and prepare progress reports.
- Conduct refresher sessions for existing staff to improve productivity.
- Collaborate with Sales Head/MD to align training with business goals.
- Maintain updated training material, presentations, and role-play modules.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG in Sales/Marketing preferred).
- 3–6 years of experience in sales training, preferably in e-commerce, B2B, or BPO environments.
- Strong communication & presentation skills (Hindi & English).
- Experience in preparing training modules & delivering interactive sessions.
- Good knowledge of sales processes, CRM, and MS Office.
- Ability to motivate, mentor, and build confidence in fresh hires.
Preferred Qualities:
- Prior experience in manufacturing, packaging, e-commerce, or BPO training.
- Positive, energetic, and approachable personality.
Ability to simplify complex concepts for easy understanding
