Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and professional Sales Trainer to design and deliver training sessions for our sales team. This role focuses on product knowledge, enhancing sales techniques, CRM/portal training, refresher sessions, and ensuring consistent performance across the team. Candidates with BPO training experience will be preferred as it demonstrates strong exposure to structured training, communication, and client-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct structured training programs for sales team members.
  • Train on product knowledge (packaging materials, SKUs, applications).
  • Teach sales techniques: lead generation, client communication, objection handling, upselling & cross-selling.
  • Deliver CRM tools, portals, and reporting systems training.
  • Monitor trainee performance, provide feedback, and prepare progress reports.
  • Conduct refresher sessions for existing staff to improve productivity.
  • Collaborate with Sales Head/MD to align training with business goals.
  • Maintain updated training material, presentations, and role-play modules.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG in Sales/Marketing preferred).
  • 3–6 years of experience in sales training, preferably in e-commerce, B2B, or BPO environments.
  • Strong communication & presentation skills (Hindi & English).
  • Experience in preparing training modules & delivering interactive sessions.
  • Good knowledge of sales processes, CRM, and MS Office.
  • Ability to motivate, mentor, and build confidence in fresh hires.

Preferred Qualities:

  • Prior experience in manufacturing, packaging, e-commerce, or BPO training.
  • Positive, energetic, and approachable personality.

Ability to simplify complex concepts for easy understanding
