About the Role:

Neuraleap Hire is seeking a results-driven Sales Trainer to empower our recruitment team with strong sales strategies and closure techniques. This role goes beyond call audits—it’s about helping recruiters sharpen their pitching, improve conversions, and successfully close roles at a faster pace. If you have the ability to instill a sales mindset, drive performance, and help recruiters achieve their targets, we’d love to have you onboard.

Key Responsibilities:

· Train recruiters on sales techniques, faster closures, and target achievement.

· Audit recruiter–candidate/client calls to assess selling skills and conversion approach.

· Share feedback and create action plans for better placements.

· Conduct onboarding and ongoing sales-focused training sessions.

· Prepare training materials, decks, and guides.

· Monitor performance (closures, TAT, conversions) and suggest improvements.

· Work with the team leads to align training with business goals.

What We’re Looking For:

· 2–3 years of experience as a Sales Trainer, Sales Coach, or in a recruitment sales/training role.

· Strong background in sales skills such as pitching, negotiation, and deal closures.

· Excellent communication and mentoring skills with the ability to motivate and drive performance.

· Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.

· Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

· Experience in training teams to achieve targets and improve closure rates.
