Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales/Business Development Manager for our Sialkot branch. The ideal candidate will drive client acquisition, manage sales operations, and develop strategies to expand our presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients seeking immigration services.
  • Promote our services through meetings, calls, and events.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for campaigns and promotions.
  • Report on sales metrics and provide insights for strategy improvement.
  • Represent the firm professionally at networking events and seminars.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in sales/business development; experience in immigration, education consultancy, or related services preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead initiatives.
  • Knowledge of immigration procedures and documentation is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Urdu; local Sialkot connections preferred.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
