Job Responsibilities
- Establish long-standing and trusting connections by communicating professionally and empathetically with the clients.
- Actively handle calls and meet preset performance standards.
- Creating , maintaining and updating spreadsheet data for review and analysis as well as benchmarking performance.
- Maintain client interaction logs & handle customer accounts through CRM software.
- Follow communication protocols, rules, and policies
- Maintaining cross departmental communications wherever required and ensure timely resolution is being provided to clients.
- Meeting sales targets and closing on leads as decided by sales team leads.
- Escalate concerns to other departments if it’s concerning other departments like operations or logistics or invoicing departments.
Qualifications Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education
- 2 years working experience or 1+ year experience in customer service , sales or client services / interactions
- Good Proficiency in English ( spoken and written )
Skills Requirement
- Proactive working attitude , quick learning ability and good problem solving skills.
- Previous working experience with spreadsheets , data entry , customer service calls is an added advantage in your onboarding
- Open to adapt to organizational changes
- Open to adapt to cross-departmental shuffling if found suitable for other profile in same organization
Salary - Around 30-35K (little negotiable based on experience)
Location - Mayur Vihar , Delhi

Timings - 10.00 am to 7.00 pm (Mon-Sat)
