Salesforce Business Analyst

Location: Omaha, NE | Hybrid

Concentric is partnering with our client to identify a Salesforce Business Analyst to support their global digital transformation efforts in the agriculture sector. This is an exciting opportunity to make a global impact by leveraging technology to drive efficiency, foster innovation, and connect with key partners across the world.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement digital strategies, measure results, and identify opportunities to improve customer experience and business outcomes. You’ll also work closely with the Digital Manager to explore emerging technologies, integrate innovative solutions, and anticipate future digital trends within global irrigation.

What You’ll Do

• Translate agriculture business digital requests into clear technical requirements.
• Monitor and track digital development timelines to ensure projects stay on track.
• Support system implementations, process improvements, and tool development including:
  • CRM & Order Entry Applications: Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Commerce Cloud
  • Marketing Automation: Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Dealer Digital Tool Integration: V2O, Blueprint, SYS, Valley University, Showpad, etc.
  • Process Automation: Power Apps
  • Business Insights: Partner with data teams to turn insights into actionable strategies
• Assist with communication and strategy across websites, social media, and digital platforms.
• Develop and track KPIs for digital applications, creating reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Oversee technical training for the team, ensuring they have the tools to succeed.
• Support change management efforts and foster an Agile, innovation-driven culture.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain/Operations, or related field
• 5+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience
• Proficiency in Salesforce administrative tasks
• Strong knowledge of commercial applications and technology solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A passion for problem-solving, collaboration, and driving results

Bonus Points

• Salesforce Administrator Certification
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Computer Science
• Experience in commercial operations, supply chain, or digital transformation initiatives
