Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst for our Illinois location. This role is crucial to driving the implementation of Salesforce solutions within our organization. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, and will have extensive experience conducting JAD sessions, gathering requirements, and translating them into functional specifications.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze business processes, identify pain points, and translate business needs into system requirements.
2. Facilitate Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions to validate and refine business requirements.
3. Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, focusing on Sales Cloud applications.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure Salesforce solutions meet business needs and align with corporate strategy.
5. Manage the project lifecycle from discovery through post-deployment support.
6. Prepare detailed documentation of processes, configurations, and data mapping.
7. Provide Salesforce training to end-users and support teams.
8. Collaborate with developers to test and verify that solutions will meet the business requirements.
9. Provide ongoing support and maintenance of Salesforce systems.

Requirements:

1. 5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Salesforce.
2. Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, including configuration and customization.
3. Proven experience conducting JAD sessions, gathering requirements, and translating them into functional specifications.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
7. Salesforce certification is a plus.
