Role purpose
Version 1 is looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Consultant to configure, manage, and optimise to support marketing automation strategies and lead nurturing initiatives. This role focuses on maximizing customer engagement through intelligent automation, data-driven campaigns, and seamless integration with Salesforce CRM.
The successful candidate will work closely with marketing, sales, and technical teams to build engagement programs, manage lead scoring, deliver personalized customer experiences, and ensure the smooth integration of Pardot within the wider Salesforce ecosystem.
Key responsibilities
Essential experience & skills
Salesforce Modules:
o Strong in Sales Cloud – Lead and Opportunity Management, Forecasting, Campaigns.
o Strong in ervice Cloud – Case Management, Knowledge Base, Omni-Channel Routing.
o Knowledge in Experience Cloud – Customer and Partner Portals.
o Strong in Marketing Cloud (basic exposure) – Email Studio, Journey Builder.
o Knowledge in CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) – Product Configuration and Pricing (optional but desirable).
o Knowledge in Field Service Lightning – Work Orders, Scheduling (optional).
o Knowledge in Einstein Analytics / Reports & Dashboards – Data visualization and insights.
