Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and optimize our Salesforce environment. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions that meet business goals. Ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems and building enterprise-grade Salesforce applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages.
• Lead technical design sessions and translate business requirements into well-architected solutions.
• Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Collaborate with architects, administrators, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver features.
• Create and maintain technical documentation (architecture diagrams, data models, codebase overviews).
• Support system integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party tools.
• Ensure code quality through reviews, unit testing, and automation.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Flows.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, and development lifecycle.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) and external systems.
• Proven track record of building scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions.
• Certifications: Platform Developer I (required), Platform Developer II (preferred).

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with CI/CD tools and version control (Git, Bitbucket).
• Agile/Scrum experience.
• Background in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Experience Cloud.

• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and detail-oriented.
