Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) portals with a strong focus on branding, clean UI, and user-friendly design.
- Build customer-facing features such as case creation, case tracking, knowledge articles, and self-service options.
- Create custom components using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Experience Cloud templates.
- Configure CRM objects, flows, validation rules, and automation to support business processes.
- Manage Experience Cloud setup including user roles, profiles, permissions, and secure external access.
- Ensure portal responsiveness, smooth navigation, and a modern look aligned with brand guidelines.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using REST APIs and other integration tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Maintain documentation for development, configurations, and portal functionalities.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong Experience Cloud / Community Cloud experience is mandatory.
- Solid understanding of CRM workflows and customer support processes.
- Proficiency in LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce configuration tools.
- Good understanding of Salesforce security model and external user access.
- Experience with API integrations and deployment tools (Git, Copado/Gearset, etc.).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
