Role overview:

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our CRM team. The ideal candidate is an expert in Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce integrations, with a strong track record of designing scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency. You will lead the development of advanced Salesforce solutions, integrate with backend systems, and mentor junior team members while collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end CRM initiatives.

Role Responsibilities

Salesforce Development & Customization

· Design, develop, and maintain advanced applications using Apex Classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce.

· Configure and customize Sales Cloud objects (Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, Campaigns) to optimize workflows and business processes.

· Build and enhance Experience Cloud portals, including page layouts, permissions, Lightning Components, and responsive design.

· Implement enterprise automation using Flow Builder (Record-Triggered, Screen, Scheduled Flows), transitioning from legacy Process Builder and Workflow Rules.

· Develop and maintain custom metadata types, custom settings, and dynamic forms for scalable configuration.

Integration & API Management

· Lead the design and implementation of integrations between Salesforce and backend systems (ERP, data warehouses, third-party services) using REST/SOAP APIs, Apex callouts, Named Credentials, and Platform Events.

· Develop and expose secure Apex REST APIs for internal and partner consumption.

· Configure and manage OAuth 2.0 / Connected Apps for authentication and integration.

· Collaborate with backend teams to optimize data models, payloads, and API performance for real-time and batch processes.

· Ensure compliance with Salesforce API limits, security best practices (FLS, CRUD, sharing), and governance standards.

Configuration & DevOps

· Oversee deployments using Change Sets, SFDX, or DevOps Center; maintain version control via Git.

· Support data migration, cleansing, and validation through Data Loader, Workbench, or API-based ETL tools.

· Collaborate with admins on profiles, roles, permission sets, validation rules, and record types.

· Drive CI/CD automation, sandbox refresh coordination, and UAT testing processes.

Experience Cloud Development

· Build and maintain branded Experience Cloud sites with Lightning Components, record visibility rules, and dynamic content.

· Configure user registration, login flows, SSO authentication, and guest user access.

· Develop dashboards and reports optimized for portal performance and usability.

Requirements

· 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Flow Builder).

· Deep understanding of Sales Cloud data model, business processes, and Experience Cloud customization.

· Proven experience designing and managing complex API integrations, asynchronous Apex (Queueables, Future, Batch), and middleware connectivity.

· Experience with CI/CD, Salesforce DX, Git, deployment automation, and sandbox management.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging, and documentation skills.

· Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional business teams.

Good to have:

· Salesforce Platform Developer I (required); Platform Developer II and/or Experience Cloud Consultant certification preferred.

· Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP, HR, or custom backend systems via APIs or middleware.

· Familiarity with Marketing Cloud Connect or other Salesforce ecosystem integrations.
