Senior Salesforce Technical Consultant

NCRi Solutions is looking for a Senior Salesforce Technical Consultant for one of the biggest Conglomerate clients based in UAE to work with Business and IT stakeholders to achieve business objectives through innovative solutions that align people, processes and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentored junior developers and cross-functional consultants on Salesforce best practices
• Led sprint planning, retrospectives, and code reviews in agile delivery environments
• Collaborated with stakeholders to define user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria
• Facilitated training workshops and technical documentation for onboarding and adoption
• Supported peer certifications and team growth through coaching and career planning

Core Competencies:

• 7+ years of Salesforce implementation experience.
• Experience in implementation and support of enterprise projects
• Expertise in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Components, Visualforce, JavaScript
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP API integrations, SSO, OAuth flows, and external services
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce DX, Git, Jenkins, Gearset, and VS Code
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and client-facing consulting abilities

Education & Certification:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent academic background)
• Salesforce Certified: Platform Developer I & II, Administrator, App Builder
