Specialist – D365 CE Technical Consultant

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

STRATEGIC

1. Delivery of quality products within committed timeframes.

2. Proactively communicate and resolve issues across team and management that impacted the project success.

3. Ensure management is aware of any issues or risks prior to their occurrence.

4. Ensure all process gaps are addressed as per Microsoft guidelines and are in line with Microsoft future roadmap.

5. Understand and follow full software development lifecycle while using the standard process.

OPERATIONAL

1. Ensure build phase of projects are delivered on time and with quality build.

2. Write Technical specifications and collaborate with Functional team to ensure functional and technical requirements are understood and well defined.

3. Solving technical issues encountered, raising to Microsoft if required.

4. Reviewing of Functional design document with Functional Consultant. Work collaboratively on best feasible solution.

5. Building custom solution within Dynamics 365 as per agreement with the project team.

6. Follow MS best practices and code optimization.

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT

Depending on the Position Level – Responsibilities that pertain to positions which have a supervisory role to play

1. Work on the right build components at the committed time, with clear expectations of milestones and goals..

2. Be a part of training with team to keep them updated on upcoming releases, debugging processes, builds, configurations and code process.

3. Coordinate with team to align on progress and ensure deliverables are met as per expectation.

PRODUCT / PROCESS IMPROVEMENT

Depending on the Position Level - Responsibilities that pertain to a proactive role in identifying and improving existing business processes or products

1. Design the solution by following best practices and ensuring a good quality of customization delivery.

2.Fully utilizes Microsoft Technology and ALM stack (LCS, BPM, VSTS, Task guides, PowerApps, Office 365)

3.Ensure customization process is followed as per MS best practice and ALM cycle is followed.

4. Document the system extensions and integrations in technical design documentation and prepare project documentation on deliverables.

EDUCATION AND TECHNICAL CERTIFICATIONS

1.Bachelors or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information System or Engineering

2. Microsoft Certified professional.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL

1. Experience in delivering complex process/projects throughout Project Lifecycle.

2. Expert in logical reasoning and problem-solving ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism.

3. Broad understanding of software development lifecycle, development management, release management, and hyper-care support.

4. Deep understanding of sales, customer service, marketing, and field service processes.

5. Knowledge of lead-to-opportunity, case management, SLAs, queues, knowledge management, etc.

6. Customizing entities/tables, forms, views, dashboards

7. Creating business rules, business process flows, workflows, and Power Automate flows

8. Configuring security roles, teams, field-level security

9. Creating solutions, environments, and ALM basics.

10.Writing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, test cases

11.Conducting UAT, training sessions, and go live support.

12.C# plugins, custom workflow activities

13.Working with REST APIs, OData, Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, Function Apps

EXPERIENCE

1. 3+ Years of experience in implementing MS D365 solution across globe.

2. 2+ end to end implementations in MS Stack.

3.Extensive experience in implementing Reporting and Security in D365.

4.Experience in integrating D365 with other applications.

5.Experience in working with Power Apps, Flows and Power BI would be a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs450,000.00 - Rs500,000.00 per month
