Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, a solid understanding of Salesforce best practices, and mandatory Salesforce certifications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL
Implement and maintain Salesforce workflows, process automation, validation rules, and approval processes
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
Develop and integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using APIs
Perform unit testing, debugging, and deployment using Salesforce best practices
Ensure system security, data integrity, and platform performanceSupport ongoing enhancements, bug fixes, and system optimizations
Prepare technical documentation and follow development standards
Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features

Required Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of proven experience as a Salesforce Developer
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Apex, LWC, and Lightning Experience
Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model
Experience with integrations, REST/SOAP APIs
Familiarity with version control tools and CI/CD processes
Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilities
