Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled HubSpot Developer who can design, develop, and optimize CRM and marketing automation systems within HubSpot. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in HubSpot development, integrations, and automation, along with a deep understanding of sales and marketing processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. HubSpot Development & Customization

• Develop and customize HubSpot CMS themes, templates, and modules
• Build responsive landing pages, emails, and website pages
• Implement custom-coded solutions using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HubL

2. CRM & Automation Setup

• Configure HubSpot CRM, pipelines, and lifecycle stages
• Develop complex workflows and automation systems
• Implement lead scoring, segmentation, and nurturing strategies

3. Integrations & API Development

• Integrate HubSpot with third-party tools (Zapier, Salesforce, Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
• Work with HubSpot APIs for custom integrations
• Ensure seamless data synchronization across platforms

4. Performance Optimization

• Optimize website performance, page speed, and SEO within HubSpot
• Conduct A/B testing for landing pages and emails
• Improve conversion rates through data-driven enhancements

5. Reporting & Analytics

• Build dashboards and custom reports
• Track KPIs such as MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, and ROI
• Provide actionable insights to marketing and sales teams

6. Collaboration & Support

• Work closely with marketing, sales, and design teams
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot HubSpot-related issues
• Train internal teams on HubSpot tools and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot development
• Strong knowledge of HubSpot CMS, CRM, and Marketing Hub
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HubL
• Experience with API integrations and webhooks
• Understanding of sales funnels, automation, and lead nurturing
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• HubSpot certifications (CMS, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub)
• Experience with SaaS or B2B companies
• Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), or Salesforce
• Basic knowledge of SEO and CRO
• Experience working with international clients (USA, UK, Canada)
