About the Role:
We’re hiring an experienced Salesforce Developer/Admin to own and enhance our Salesforce environment in a growing telecommunications organization.
This role combines hands-on administration, technical development, integrations, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure Salesforce drives operational efficiency, data integrity, and business growth.
You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to build scalable solutions that support company-wide performance.

What You’ll Own:
Salesforce Administration:
  • Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.
  • Maintain strong data integrity through data imports, exports, validation rules, and deduplication efforts.
  • Generate, manage, and optimize reports, dashboards, and analytics for multiple departments.
  • Provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct training sessions to ensure adoption.
Development & Customization:
  • Build and maintain custom objects, fields, validation rules, and automation.
  • Develop Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components for advanced functionality.
  • Implement and manage workflow automation using Flow to streamline business processes.
  • Customize page layouts and enhance user experience within Lightning Experience.
Integration & Optimization:
  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems including marketing automation, ERP, and billing platforms.
  • Support API integrations to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
  • Identify opportunities for system improvements and implement enhancements to improve performance and scalability.
  • Support CI/CD processes and DevOps best practices for stable deployments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver effective CRM solutions.
  • Document system architecture, processes, and user manuals for reference and training purposes.
Must-Have Experience & Skills:
  • 3–5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.
  • Hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, Flow, Lightning Web Components).
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and security architecture.
  • Proven ability to build and optimize reports and dashboards.
  • Experience with third-party integrations and API connectivity.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (required).
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (strong plus).
  • Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud or HubSpot integrations.
  • Understanding of CI/CD processes and DevOps tools.
  • Experience working in fast-paced or startup environments preferred.
