Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and innovative Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to lead our marketing automation and campaign execution efforts. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), with a strong understanding of SQL for data management and experience in automation. This role focuses on leveraging SFMC to deliver personalized, data-driven marketing strategies that drive engagement and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Expertise:
- Design and manage multi-channel campaigns using Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
- Create data-driven marketing strategies with robust segmentation and personalization.
- Build, test, and optimize dynamic content for targeted campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
SQL & Data Management:
- Utilize SQL for querying and managing data extensions within SFMC.
- Ensure data integrity and create custom reports to support marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with data teams to synchronize and streamline data flows between systems.
Automation & Integration:
- Develop automated workflows and marketing journeys to enhance efficiency.
- Integrate SFMC with other tools and platforms, including Salesforce CRM and third-party applications.
- Implement and maintain API-based connections to support advanced campaign functionality.
Strategic Collaboration:
- Partner with marketing and sales teams to align SFMC capabilities with business goals.
- Provide training and support for internal teams to maximize platform utilization.
- Stay up-to-date with SFMC developments and best practices to drive innovation.
Qualifications:Essential Skills:
- Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (certifications such as Email Specialist or Marketing Cloud Consultant are highly preferred).
- Strong knowledge of SQL for data management and reporting.
- Proven ability to create and optimize automated marketing workflows.
- Familiarity with other SFMC tools like Audience Builder, Social Studio, or Advertising Studio is a plus.
Additional Skills:
- Basic understanding of Salesforce Commerce Cloud and its integration with SFMC.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on ROI-driven marketing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
