Salesforce Product Owner / CRM Director

Sivan Windows & Doors is a rapidly growing home improvement company specializing in windows, doors, manufacturing, installation, and customer service. We are building a highly customized Salesforce ecosystem that supports every department in the company, including Sales, Marketing, Call Center, Measurements, Ordering, Warehouse, Installation, Service, and Accounting.

We are looking for a highly organized and technically capable Salesforce Product Owner / CRM Director to lead the strategy, development, prioritization, and execution of our Salesforce platform and connected business systems.

This role is not just for a Salesforce developer. We need someone who can own the platform, manage priorities, coordinate internal teams and external vendors, and drive projects from concept through deployment.

This is an on-site position and requires daily presence in our Encino office.

Requirements:

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must currently reside within commuting distance of Encino, CA.
  • Must be available to work on-site full-time.
  • Remote candidates will not be considered.

Key ResponsibilitiesCRM Ownership

  • Own and manage the company’s Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Develop and maintain the CRM roadmap.
  • Prioritize projects, enhancements, and system improvements.
  • Manage the Salesforce backlog and release schedule.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with business goals.

Business Process Management

Work directly with leadership and department managers to improve workflows across:

  • Sales
  • Marketing
  • Call Center
  • Measurements
  • Ordering
  • Warehouse
  • Installation
  • Service
  • Accounting

Vendor & Development Management

  • Manage internal Salesforce resources and external development partners.
  • Review technical proposals and recommend solutions.
  • Coordinate development efforts and monitor project progress.
  • Conduct quality assurance and acceptance reviews.
  • Ensure development follows best practices and company standards.

Salesforce Strategy & Architecture

  • Design scalable business processes and automation.
  • Evaluate Build vs. Buy decisions.
  • Improve operational efficiency through technology.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Build KPI dashboards and executive reporting.
  • Track adoption, performance, and operational metrics.
  • Ensure data quality and system integrity.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Salesforce experience.
  • Experience managing Salesforce projects and business stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
  • Experience managing developers, consultants, or third-party vendors.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
