The Associate Principal will lead the design and implementation of advanced Salesforce solutions specializing in Lightning Web Components and integrations to drive scalable enterprise architecture

Job Description

Lead the architecture and development of Salesforce Lightning Web Components LWC to create dynamic and user friendly interfaces Design and implement robust Salesforce integrations using REST SOAP Streaming APIs and Event driven architectures Collaborate with cross functional teams to define scalable and secure Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives Utilize deep knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities to build high performance maintainable applications Stay abreast of Salesforce platform updates and best practices to continuously improve solution quality and efficiency Provide strategic input on Salesforce architecture to support longterm digital transformation initiatives Mentor and guide development teams to ensure adherence to architectural standards and coding best practices Evaluate and incorporate Salesforce Apex development as needed to complement Lightning Web Components and integration strategies

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead technical design sessions and define integration strategies for complex Salesforce ecosystems Oversee endtoend implementation of Salesforce integrations ensuring data accuracy and system reliability Drive code quality through rigorous reviews and enforce best practices in LWC and Apex development Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior architects and developers Manage technical risks and provide mitigation strategies to ensure project success Facilitate continuous improvement by identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks Champion the adoption of modern development tools and methodologies within the Salesforce architecture family

Benefits
Compensation range: $126,000.00 to $160,000.00 per year
