We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Saleslady to join our Muscat branch immediately. Preference will be given to candidates familiar with the local market and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers in a friendly manner.
  • Help customers locate products within the store.
  • Check stock availability across other branches or arrange orders for requested items.
  • Provide detailed information about products.
  • Process purchases at the checkout.
  • Handle customer concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Previous retail experience is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service abilities.
  • Ability to stay motivated during busy shifts.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
