Salesman

We are looking for experienced candidates for the position of Salesman to be placed at our branches. Candidates with minimum intermediate education & 1 to 2 years of experience are highly desired .

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet customers politely and assist them in selecting bakery, sweets, and food items.
• Provide complete product knowledge including ingredients, pricing, promotions, and new arrivals.
• Serve customers in an orderly and efficient manner, ensuring minimum waiting time.
• Ensure accurate weighing, labeling, and pricing of products.
• Coordinate with kitchen/packing staff for timely replenishment of items.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the display counter and surrounding sales area.
• Handle sales transactions using POS systems (if assigned), ensuring correct billing.
• Address customer queries, concerns, and special requests professionally.
• Follow SOPs for FIFO (First-In-First-Out) and maintain quality of displayed items.
• Assist in end-of-day stock count and recordkeeping.
• Report any customer complaints or product issues to the Shift In-Charge or Branch Manager.
• Adhere to grooming standards and company code of conduct at all times.
• Support in managing customer flow during peak hours or seasonal rush.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management to support the department’s objectives and overall business goals.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Intermediate .
• 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the food, FMCG, or hospitality sector.
• Must be comfortable in rotational shifts.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused with a friendly and presentable demeanor.
• Basic numeracy and understanding of sales process.

Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
