Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Salesperson with prior UAE experience in building materials trading (BMT). The role involves handling both onsite and offsite sales, managing client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate must have strong product knowledge, customer service skills, and the ability to bring in new business.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales through both shop-based and site visits
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and clients
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable building material products
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and orders
• Provide market feedback and competitor insights
• Report sales activities and progress to management

Requirements

• Mandatory: Prior sales experience in Building Materials Trading (BMT) within the UAE
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Valid UAE driving license preferred
• Fluency in English (Arabic/Hindi/Malayalam is a plus)
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
